Digital Posting Policy

Thank you for your interest in posting your digital ad. Unfortunately, we are no longer accepting digital posting submissions at this time. As an alternative, please visit the Posting Policy page for more information regarding our physical poster requirements.

Registered Student Organizations and UW partners may submit community announcements to be displayed at our discretion on digital screens with the purpose of promoting a campus or UW-community program, school, organization, activity or event.

Individuals who submit a request are responsible for creating the posting for display. Each post must follow the requirements listed below.

Upon approval, Residential Life staff will display your postings in designated nonresidential locations (ex: building lobbies). Postings will be displayed for up to two weeks or until 24 hours after an event, whichever occurs first.
