Digital Posting Policy

Thank you for your interest in posting your digital ad.

We are currently reworking the governance policy and are not accepting postings at this time.

Please check back later this fall.

HFS staff, student groups and students living within the UW residence halls, and UW partners, may submit community announcements to be displayed on digital screens (located on residence hall public floors and the Husky Den video wall) with the purpose of promoting a campus or UW-community program, school, organization, activity or event.

Individuals who submit a request are responsible for creating the posting for display. Each post must follow the requirements listed below.

Upon approval, Residential Life staff will display your postings in designated residence hall locations. Postings will be displayed for up to two weeks or until 24 hours after an event, whichever occurs first.
