Big Kitchen: This platform is the home of our Balanced Plate initiative - build your own balanced plate from a robust selection of lean proteins, starches and vegetables. Kick-start your day with a variety of breakfast favorites and a weekly rotating special. 

Deli: Hot and cold made-to-order sandwiches with a rotating selection of side dishes including soups and salads. 

DUB Street Burgers: All-American favorites including cheeseburgers, veggie burgers, chicken sandwiches, fries, milkshakes and more. 

Global: Weekly journeys into regional cuisines, showcasing flavors, ingredients and cooking techniques from around the globe. 

Pagliacci Pizza: Locally renowned pizza made with quality ingredients and delicious flavors. This student favorite also offers mouthwatering pasta, calzones, salads, gelato and more.

Salad Bar: Yogurt and fruit breakfast bar and salad bar for lunch and dinner.

Tero: Deliciously unique bowls that combine whole grains - think couscous, quinoa, amaranth - with fresh veggies and lean proteins.
