UW guests can take all the complication out of a Seattle stay by booking a room with us on-campus and enjoying competitively priced, modern accommodations and added amenities. Whether you’re on campus for a few days or a few weeks, you can stay in our modern hotel-like residence halls.
The UW Seattle Campus is located in the vibrant University District, a short bus or light rail ride away from downtown.

You are eligible to stay in guest housing if you are:
A visiting student, faculty or staff member, or
Pursuing research, internship and educational opportunities on-campus or in the greater Seattle area
Sponsorship by a UW academic or administrative colleague is mandatory and must be confirmed prior to check-in. Visiting students must present a government-issued photo ID as well as current college or university identification at check-in.
Guest housing rates include utilities and amenities such as free w-fi. All rooms are fully furnished with a twin bed, pillows and sheets, a set of towels, bath soap and drinking cups.
Rates for double occupancy are per person/per night and vary by building and length of stay. We offer single and double-occupancy rooms.

Reservations for guest housing are processed on a space-available basis. The number of rooms is limited, and early reservations are encouraged.
