Building usage and room configurations during 2021–22 are subject to change based on public health recommendations and demand for housing.
As a graduate student, your apartment living options are many and varied. You can live on campus or just a short bus ride away. Our furnished and unfurnished apartments are available to students who are single, married, registered same-sex domestic partners, as well as students with families.

Our 12-month apartments are for students attending the UW on a year-round schedule or those planning to work and live in Seattle during summer quarter.
Mercer Court buildings D and E are reserved for graduate and professional students and come furnished with full-size beds.

Life in UW Family Housing (FH) has so much to offer—the convenience of living close to classes and campus resources and month-to-month contracts.
Family apartments are for married students, and students with children, who are attending the UW full-time.
