If you are not able to move-in during your assigned move in day and time, there are alternate move-in time slots available for each community.
To change your assigned move in day and time:
Click on your assigned building link below to be directed to that community's Google calendar.
Choose an available move-in time slot.
Complete the fields as follows:
- What: FIRST & LAST NAME
- Where: BUILDING & ROOM NUMBER
- Description: YOUR SEVEN DIGIT STUDENT ID NUMBER (can be found on your Husky Card or MyHFS)
Important: if you do not enter your information correctly, your move in time will not be changed.
The time slot you selected should now be available on your Google Calendar, or a calendar invitation will be sent to the email address used to schedule the appointment.
If you need to cancel your appointment, or your assignment changes after signing up for a move-in slot, please CANCEL the appointment you originally created and create a new appointment on the appropriate community page’s calendar.
