Culti-Date: An Elevated Night Out

Bring your special someone or pals for a curated culinary experience at Cultivate, our sustainably based dining concept with a nod to locally sourced fresh food.

For this special event, Cultivate will offer a three-course meal and drink with table service for $35 per person. Our menu below offers one appetizer and your choice of three main courses and two desserts. One of the entrée options will be vegan.

We will have a photo booth to commemorate the night, and there will also be a raffle to win a gift certificate for dinner for two at Cultivate.

Seatings will be available on January 15 between 4–8:30 p.m. Reservations are required.

Starter: 

  • Fall Salad

Choice of Main: 

  • Pork Chop
    • Roasted maple brined pork chop - served with garlic mashed potatoes, UW Farms sautéed greens, mushroom cream sauce
  • Roasted Chicken
    • Roasted lemon-thyme half chicken, yam cakes, grilled broccolini, lemon-thyme glaze
  • Portobello Risotto (VG)
    • Plant-based mushroom risotto, grilled marinated portobello
