Summer Conference Center

Conference Accommodations

A dorm room with a twin bed, desk, and dresser.

Quality and flexibility are two of the best reasons to consider the University of Washington for your conference housing. We have over 5,000 beds in our system and a great selection of room types and price points. We are here to help you tailor an enjoyable stay for your attendees.

Two convenient campus locations

The residence halls where our conference guests stay are located in two areas on campus: North Campus and West Campus. Every conference guest room includes amenities. All rooms are fully furnished and nonsmoking. Linens and housekeeping are available. There are laundry facilities and floor lounges in each building. ADA-accessible rooms are available upon request.

North Campus: a traditional experience

North Campus is home to the Husky Union Building’s event and dining venues, including our campus grocery store District Market in Oak Hall, as well as a short walk from the Intramural Activities Building (IMA), our world-class fitness center. A quick Uber ride will take you to University Village, Seattle’s only outdoor, signature-brands shopping center. The residence halls on North Campus are a short distance from our all-you-care-to-eat dining facility, Center Table, in Willow Hall.
