UW guests can take all the complication out of a Seattle stay by booking a room with us on-campus and enjoying competitively priced, modern accommodations and added amenities. Whether you’re on campus for a few days or a few weeks, you can stay in our modern hotel-like residence halls.
The UW Seattle Campus is located in the vibrant University District, a short bus or light rail ride away from downtown's convention centers, conferences and more.

Eligibility
You are eligible to stay in guest housing if you are:
18 years of age or older, and
A visiting student, scholar, faculty or staff member, or an invited guest of the University, including temporary employment with a UW department, or
Pursuing research, internship and educational opportunities on-campus or in the greater Seattle area, including attending a local conference, event, observership or externship.
Sponsorship by a UW academic or administrative colleague is mandatory and must be confirmed prior to check-in. Visiting students must present a government-issued photo ID as well as current college or university identification at check-in.

Accommodations
Guest housing rates include utilities and amenities such as free wi-fi and free laundry. All rooms are fully furnished with an extra-long twin bed, desk, dresser, and include a private bath and a microwave-refrigerator unit. Pillows and sheets, a set of towels, and bath soap are provided.
Rates for double and quad occupancy are per person/per night and vary by building and length of stay. We offer single, double and quad-occupancy rooms. Please contact us at stayover@uw.edu if you are interested in booking a triple-occupancy option.

Reservation requirements
Reservations for guest housing are processed on a space-available basis. The number of rooms is limited, and early reservations are encouraged.
A $150 prepayment toward your final total is required to hold your housing reservation (must be received no later than 10 days prior to check-in).
Payment in full must be completed prior to check-in.
Submitting a reservation form does not guarantee your reservation.
Reservations are nontransferable.
You must read and accept the Terms and Conditions of staying on campus that are listed in the Reservation Form.
