Minimum orders

Hot food, attended lunch or dinner $600.00 Server labor required
  • Those utilizing their UW budget are exempt from Washington State sales tax.
  • Washington State sales tax is added to purchases on non-UW accounts. The current sales tax is 10.25%.
  • If your order doesn’t meet the required minimums, consider picking up your order from our facility located in Willow Hall. There is no delivery fee when you pick up from our location.

Linen

Complimentary white linen is provided for all Bay Laurel Catering food and beverage service tables.

Deliveries

  • Weekday deliveries are available between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. and are $35.00 per delivery.
  • The delivery fee for events before 7 a.m. or after 7 p.m. on weekdays and weekends is $45.00.

Waitstaff

  • Uniformed waitstaff are available for all events at $35.00 per hour, per server.
