We recognize your needs may differ from students who live in residence halls. That’s why we offer a special dining plan for students who live in on-campus apartments.
The apartment dining plan:
- is optional
- offers low cost options
- provides you a 10% discount at District Market
- can be used at all campus dining locations
How to sign up
You can choose your dining plan level, the amount you want to spend each month, when you apply for housing.
How your dining plan works
It’s easy to keep track of your balance—look for it displayed on the cash register when you make a purchase. You can also track your dining plan balance online.
Dining locations on campus do not accept cash, so if you think you may run out of dining money before the end of the quarter, you can add money to your Husky Card account.
Unused account balance
Your unused account balance rolls over from quarter to quarter until the end of your agreement period. Dining funds are nonrefundable and nontransferable. We recommend you monitor and adjust your dining plan level each quarter to avoid having a balance left over at the end of the year.
Summer Quarter
If you are living on campus during Summer quarter you can find dining plan information in the Summer Housing Application Guide.
Select a dining plan level
The average cost of a meal on campus is between $7–$11. We broke the levels out into daily budgets to help you decide what works for you.
As an apartment resident, you can select from any of these levels, including the Returning Resident (RR) level.
