Honors Living Learning Community

Where Ideas Have No Limits

Rooted in the mission of the University Honors Program, the Honors Living Learning Community (LLC) in Terry Hall is a vibrant residential space where intellectually curious students live and learn together. Residents explore complex global issues like power, privilege and equity through interdisciplinary coursework, discussion and collaboration. With small classes, access to faculty across disciplines, and unique co-curricular opportunities, the LLC is designed to help residents thrive both academically and personally.

The Honors LLC is for students who see college as more than just a place to earn a degree. It’s for those who are eager to:

  • Think deeply and critically about global and societal challenges
  • Learn from and with people from diverse perspectives
  • Engage in meaningful conversations and collaborative learning
  • Take academic risks and stretch their understanding
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with peers and faculty
