Submit a photo

UW campus in fall, with Husky Card

Your student Husky Card is your official photo identification card while attending the University of Washington. Because Advising & Orientation sessions will be facilitated remotely, we have designed an online photo submission process.

Who can submit a photo online

This online submission process only applies to incoming first-year undergraduate and transfer students who are registered for an A&O session through First Year Programs and are obtaining their first Husky Card.

Students who already have a Husky Card or who have previously submitted a photo are not eligible to submit another one through this online portal. If you'd like to take a new photo you may visit a Husky Card ID Center in person whenever you are next on campus, or contact the Husky Card Office at for more information.

Newly admitted Graduate Program, Online Degree Program, and Accelerated Bachelor's Program students, please visit the Husky Card Operations Updates page for instructions on how to obtain your Husky Card.
