Apartment Early Arrival

Move-in for autumn quarter is on Monday, September 14.

However, if you like to move in earlier, you may request early arrival housing. You can apply for early arrival in the StarRez Housing Portal.

Early Arrival Payment Due Dates

• Monthly Payment Plan: with your first monthly payment

• Financial Aid Payment Plan: on the third Friday of winter quarter

Application Deadline 

Applications received after the quarterly deadline will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will incur an expedite charge if approved. The deadline is about a week before the earliest day of early arrival.

Early Arrival Cancellation

A cancellation charge will be assessed if you cancel by the deadline stated in the application. Cancellations will not be accepted after that date, and full early arrival charges will remain on your account.
