Join HFS on Friday, November 20, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. for the Husky Home Open House, open to all UW students! Whether you're looking for a private bedroom, space to cook and hang out with friends, or a more budget-friendly place to call home, explore on-campus living options and find your fit for next year. You can also check out the fitness centers, makerspaces, and other amenities that come with living on campus—plus, enjoy free ice cream from Frost Bite and enter to win a prize pack at each event location!
Registration opens November 4
Special opportunity: Hard-Hat Tours of Haggett Hall
One of the most exciting opportunities of the day will be guided tours of Haggett Hall, opening in fall 2027. The building will offer amenity spaces including a new gym and mindfulness center with meditation spaces and yoga studio.
Tours will depart from Spratlen Hall at 10 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 11 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 12 p.m., 12:30 p.m., 1 p.m., 1:30 p.m., 2:00 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. Space is limited and advance registration is required.
Guided Tours of Living Spaces
Tours of West Campus residence halls and apartments will depart from Lander Hall at the following times:
Tours of Maple Hall: Depart at 10 a.m., 11 a.m., 12 p.m., 1 p.m. and 2 p.m.
Tours of Mercer Court & Stevens Court Apartments: Depart at 10:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 1:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.
Amenities Spaces Drop-In Hours
Visit the studios, fitness centers, makerspaces, and other areas available for students to be creative, relax, and grow:
From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., check out Fitness Center West and The MILL.
From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., drop by Frost Bite. The first 200 visitors will enjoy free ice cream!
