What we offer
- A custom registration form for your event
- Collect all registration fees (including payments by cash, checks, credit/debit cards and UW budget numbers) in an HFS-managed master account
- Resolve incomplete registrations and payments
- Provide refund/charge-back reconciliation service
- Send invoices to participants upon request
- Provide weekly reports of confirmed attendees to the conference organizer
- Email confirmation letters within two business days of receipt of conference registration
- Provide a statement of account and transfer net registration revenue to your approved UW budget 60 days after your conference
You are eligible to request registration services if:
- You are a University of Washington program or department, and
- You are using a UW budget number
Our base rate is $9.50 per registrant plus 3% of the transaction total (to cover banking fees). Customization beyond our standard services will incur additional charges.
