What we offer
- A custom registration form for your event
- Collect all registration fees in an HFS-managed master account, including payments by credit/debit cards, UW ProCards, and eChecks
- Resolve incomplete registrations and payments
- Provide refund/charge-back reconciliation service
- Send invoices to participants upon request
- Provide weekly reports of confirmed attendees to the conference organizer
- Email confirmation letters within two business days of receipt of conference registration
- Provide a statement of account and transfer net registration revenue to your approved UW cost center and associated ledger account within 90 days after your conference
Eligibility
You are eligible to request registration services if:
- You are a University of Washington program or department, and
- You have a UW cost center and associated ledger account
Rates
Our base rate is $9.50 per registrant plus 3% of the transaction total (to cover banking fees). Customization beyond our standard services will incur additional charges.
