Dining on Campus

For students, faculty, staff and guests

Come in From the Rain

Outside, Seattle's gray and rainy winter surrounds us—all the more reason to duck inside one of our cafés or restaurants where it’s toasty warm and filled with the aroma of fresh coffee. From the top to the bottom of campus and points in between, our 33 locations are ready to serve students, faculty, staff and guests and to let you dry out. Looking for more in-the-moment dining updates? Follow our new and improved dining-centric Twitter account!

It's National Soup Month

Think warm: January is National Soup Month, and that means we’re serving up bowls of delicious soups, like chowders, tomato bisque and more. Throughout the entire month of January, enjoy a free artisan roll with any soup purchase at our dining locations.

Evolutionary Grounds Café Now Open

Hop off the Burke-Gilman and warm up in UW’s newest café. Located front and center in the new Life Sciences Complex on South Campus, our We Proudly Serve Starbucks café features espresso, sandwiches and pastries buoyed by lots of natural light. Stop on by. We love new visitors!

Plant-Forward Desserts at Tero and Select

Introducing three plant-forward treats at Tero and one at Select. How can less sugar, less saturated fat and more plant-based ingredients make for such delights? The beet’s subtle flavor enhances the red velvet cake, and the coconut panna cotta pairs nicely with strawberry sauce (at Tero). Avocado adds a silkiness to the (Theo) chocolate mousse (at both Tero and Select).

Husky Den Offers $5 Meals

Step out of the rain and into Husky Den Food Court in the HUB, where you can enjoy a variety of lunch offerings including $5 meals at five of the food stations: grilled cheese and soup at Crafted, jerk chicken drums at Caribbean, taco salad at Siganos and Firecracker's 'lunch box' served with yakisoba or rice plus choice of either 3 spring rolls, 2 chicken skewers or vegetable.

Celebrate Black History Month: Journey Through Food

Celebrate Black History Month by taking a journey through food during the entire month of February! Menus at Local Point and Center Table will be inspired by recipes originating from Africa. Experience the spices, herbs and wealth of flavors of North, East and West Africa and the soul comfort food of African North America. Menus will change weekly.
