Plant-Forward Desserts at Tero and Select
Introducing three plant-forward treats at Tero and one at Select. How can less sugar, less saturated fat and more plant-based ingredients make for such delights? Avocado adds a silkiness to the (Theo) chocolate mousse (at both Tero and Select).
