Apartments

For students who are seeking more independence or who need year-round U-District housing, UW apartments are a good choice. Our apartments let you plug directly into the Husky community while minimizing the distractions of everyday life so you can focus on your studies.

The apartment agreement goes from late September through mid- August. If you are assigned after the September start date, you can move in later and just pay for the time you live on campus.

Room types

The range of price points and room types provides options for our students’ diverse budgets and lifestyles. We are committed to keeping housing costs as low as possible while providing students with their expectation of a modern living environment.

• Our nonprofit mission means our rates are based on what it costs to operate our buildings, not what the market can bear like many off-campus apartments.
• Single rooms in 4-bedroom apartments are the most common type of units within our apartment communities.
