Frost Bite is run entirely by student volunteers! This allows our low-price, non-profit business model to serve the campus community. All funds go directly back into running the business and improving the space!
Frost Bite isn't a transactional ice cream shop—it's a place for students to come hang out with their peers, play games and find community (all while enjoying delicious ice cream).
Separate from UW Dining, Frost Bite is in the hands of students. Our volunteers consider themselves to be members of a club rather than employees.
